BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS 

• A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the  reservation. 
• The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 100% refund, excluding any transaction or processing fees  associated with the refund. 
• From 59 to 45 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total rental amount will be charged. • From 44 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total rental amount will be charged.  

Please allow 7–10 business days for any applicable refund to be processed. 

SERVICES, ACTIVITIES & EXTERNAL GUESTS 

Any service, activity, gathering or event involving individuals who are not registered guests staying at  the Villa must be arranged and agreed upon in advance with the property owners. 

Prior approval is required to ensure the privacy, exclusivity and appropriate management of the  property. 

VISITOR’S TAX 

Local authorities may require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax, which varies according to the municipality  and applicable local regulations that currently goes from 2 euro to 6 euro per adult. 

The tax is calculated per person, per night, for the number of nights established by the relevant local  authority. Where applicable, the Visitor’s Tax is payable locally in euros. 

PET POLICY 

Pets are welcome upon prior request and subject to an extra cleaning fee following the size of  the pet. 

SMOKING POLICY 

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa. 

Smoking is permitted exclusively in the designated outdoor areas.
